Granola Nut Chocolate Chip Clusters

These are similar to the famous Planet Organic Cosmic cookie, but I think much better!! I have adapted this cookie to include our granola in the recipe. This cluster has more nuts and seeds than the original cookie and so making it much more yummy! I also added cashews and pistachios but feel free to substitute any nut that you wish. This is a great grab and go snack, much better than any store bought granola bar!!

5 Cups Granola (See recipe from Sistersluv2cook.blogspot.ca) or store bought

2 cups flour (All purpose or whole wheat)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

1 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips

1 1/4 cups raisins

½ Cup Cashews

½ Cup Pistachios or whatever nut of your liking

I could eat this by the spoonful.
